The hotel is a hidden gem in the mountains, the location is perfect for trekkers and groups of friends looking for a peaceful and beautiful spot. the rooms are spacious and charming, with comfortable beds and well-designed bathrooms. the breakfast buffet is delightful and features fresh bread, juice, and a variety of options. the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. the hotel facilities are impressive, including a cozy lounge area and a meticulously maintained garden.

The Wi-Fi service could use some improvement, but it's a minor issue compared to the overall quality of this fantastic hotel.

Our Christmas stay was fantastic! We were impressed with the spacious and well-designed rooms that were not only modern but also charming. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved waking up to the stunning view outside our window. the hotel's location was also a plus, being close to key tourist spots. the breakfast buffet was another highlight; it had a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

It was occasionally slow, making it difficult to get some work done.

the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Swimming pool, and Outdoor swimming pool were all impeccable. I especially enjoyed the Full body massage and the Spa lounge. the Garden area is a great place to relax, with Beach umbrellas and sunbeds. the room advantages were amazing, from the in-room breakfast to the stunning view from the balcony. the restaurant had an extensive menu, offering Special diet menus. Everything was perfect, from Breakfast to Picnic area.

There was only one minor issue at the hotel, which was swiftly solved by the hotel staff. the Foot massage was not pleasant, and I had to request a change in the masseuse.

The hotel location is great, close to everything you'd want to visit. Rooms are spacious and well decorated, with a big comfy bed and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay, including excellent room service. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options, including freshly baked bread, fruit, and juice. The staff is friendly and helpful, always on hand to answer any questions you might have.

Internet service could be better, with some lag and connection issues during peak hours. While it didn't affect our stay too much, if you need to do work during your stay, it might be a bit frustrating. The noise from local birds nesting on the roof could also disturb your sleep if you are a light sleeper, so be sure to bring some earplugs just in case. though, we had a great city break and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
